Roisin Kelly – Research & Operations Lead
Roisin brings over 20 years of operational and managerial leadership in the retail sector, combined with more than four years’ experience in executive recruitment coordination. She plays a pivotal role in aligning recruitment delivery with client operational goals, ensuring each assignment runs to plan and meets exacting standards.
Her expertise covers the full administrative and compliance lifecycle — from managing documentation and audit-ready workflows to overseeing governance processes. Roisin also serves as secretariat to the Northern Ireland Investment Fund (NIIF) Scrutiny Board, a role she has held since February 2024.
Currently pursuing her CIPD Level 5 qualification to further strengthen her HR governance skills, Roisin ensures a smooth, structured process from initial instruction through to successful onboarding, providing both clients and candidates with a professional and seamless experience.
